Guess what? It's national Polyamory day here in the UK. This month I'll be supporting two major events.
October 17th in London there is the Polyday event. There will be workshops throughout the day about ethical non-monogamous relationships. So whether you are a seasoned veteran, or fresh out the starting blocks and want a little help making the transition, then you'll certainly want to check this one out.
Eve Rickert and Franklin Veaux, the authors of what's been called the poly handbook, More Than Two will be running seminars and a book signing too. Once all confirmed, I'll be on the media panel too. There are limited tickets still available. You can grab yours now at http://www.polyday.org.uk/
Back for the second year running. Bigger and better is Health Unplugged, the UK's premiere Paleo Conference.
This event is not just for the paleo elite. The event organisers, Darryl Edwards (The Fitness Explorer) and Jerry Dhilon have deliberately made this event accessible to the general public, by taking an indepth 360 degree approach to health.
Not just nutrition and training, but relationships, parenting, mental wellbeing, the lot.
This year I will be presenting about Polyamory, and explore whether it has an evolutionary advantage, plus what are the societal rammifications of the modern polyamory relationship, and how to navigate this potential mine field successfully.
The essential two day event in London is 31st October - 1st November. There are some tickets still available, so book soon. You can get yours and discover the full least of speakers and topics at http://www.healthunplugged.co.uk/

Depression comes in many forms. Just because you haven't been clinically diagnosed,
