But lets cut through all the BS and keep it simple, but no more simple than it needs to be.
So here goes,
I think Michael Pollan summed it up best, and if you want to improve your health I'd add,
Now if you felt some resistance to any of these on the list, I'm guessing that these might be the exact areas that you need to refine in order to become healtheir and get the results that you want (if you are currently falling short of your goals).
Get the basics covered and you can drastically improve. No need for magic potions, quick fix solutions.
Remember to do what's best for you and make changes at your own pace.
