I call this smoothie, "The Phoenix" as it has me rising from the ashes after a hard workout, or I need a boost when feeling run down. What's in it? Good question! 1) Almond and Coconut milk x 1 cup 2) Mango x 1 3) Blueberries x 1 handful 4) Kale x 1 - 2 handfuls 5) Pulsin Hemp protein x 1.5 tablespoons 6) Peruvian Maca x 1/2 tablespoon. Simply blend that shizzle together. Rich with antioxidants, packet with vitamins, healthy fats, protein, carbs and fibre.
