That's understandable. With all the different experts out there, with differing points of view; the world through our lenses can often reveal a tainted picture.
I had a great experience last year presenting at the Paleo Conference. I met some amazing people, and got the opportunity to talk people about practical steps to improve their health and fitness.

So in 2015 what will Health Unplugged bring to the table?
It's now grown into a buff two day affair, packed with exciting workshops, and thought provoking key note speakers on how to improve your wellbeing, and create a liftestyle that is abundant in movement, health and happiness.
