This is one of the most incorrectly performed exercises I see by both instructors and gym goers alike.
Take a look at this video.
Notice the hip- hinging movement and relaxed arms and neutral spine.
Power is being generated primarily by the posterior chain.
Afterall its a SWING not a front squat with an arm raise - thats a different exercise.
Great for total body conditioning, coordination, grip strength and even fat loss when programmed right.
