Too many start with a burst of enthusiasm, highly motivated to only the burn out on the road to their goal (is this familiar?)
Many more are searching for someone, some guru, some coach to come save them.
This pattern often plays out repeatedly.
Because it doesn't work.
It's designed to have you figuratively "jogging on the spot."
Here's a harsh truth for you (and one that will save you years of heart ache and frustration if you allow it).
You are NOT broken and you do NOT need fixing....
I know it may not seem like it but you are everything that you need right now.
Most people think they need more information or latest diet or trend when what you really need is behaviour change.....
Start where you are, do what you can with what you have.
Take the best next step.
Then do it again...
Do this consistently..... and I mean consistently not perfectly - there's a difference.
Let me give you an example...
If you want to lose some weight then do this,
Men: remove 1 cupped handfull of carbs and/or 1 thumb size of fat from a few meals each day.
Ladies: remove 1/2 cupped handful of carbs and /or 1/2 thumb size of fat from a few meals each day.
