Let me guess, so you are short on time........
It's not everyday this occurs, but you know, life happens and you really don't have time to do your workout today.......
Imagine being able to get a great workout in a fraction of the time?

Well believe it or not, it's possible! Take this kettlebell workout [picutred !! (but don't take my work for it, try it for yourself).
All you need is one kettlebell and some space.
Now if you have a bit more time, why not try 2 rounds of this circuit back to back with now rest! (only for the brave).
Here's some advice, make your workouts match your lifestyle. If you are constantly missing them and beating yourself up for it, chances are that the program isn 't right for you at this moment in time.....
Don't get me wrong, things change. But you may want to look at what isn't working for you and fine tune that.
