I had only 30 minutes to work yesterday. Now this looks simple and light but it's brutal.
15 minutes Superset (No rest)
A) Barbell Deadlifts (120kg)
B) Dumbell Bench Press (70kg)
6 reps of each continuously.
(Stopped counting after 10 sets.)
Finished off with light CV and stretching.
Life happens. You can still adapt your workout rather than skip it.
