I believe there is a missed opportunity for many people when they train.
They simply focus on the physical aspect, wanting to lose weight, get stronger or look a certain way they fail to scratch the surface of what physical training is really about, they fall short of the potential they can achieve.
For me, training is simply a conduit. So what do I mean by that?
It serves to act as the channel for the transmission and cultivation of your spirit, the forging of your character. The breaking down of limiting beliefs that imprisoned you, that once shattered, clear a space for you to create a powerful version of yourself through conscious choice. As you apply your will, belief and devotion both deeply and consistently, you get to see the results, and catch a glimpse of what’s possible, physically, mentally and emotionally.
When done correctly, training affords you’re the opportunity to upregulate your health, expand your quality of life and deepen your connection to who you really are, your purpose and your vision. It is a powerful ally. There is no master and slave relationship, but a nurturing, powerful relationship built through struggle and triumph.
Mind, body and spirit in alignment.
