It's amazing how many people allow food to define who they are.
What do I mean by this?
If they eat a certain food or go on a diet they consider themselves to be a "Good person" and if they eat a different type of food, or fail to follow that diet they are a "Bad person", as if eating a food inehrently deifnes your moral worth.
This kind of thinking distorts your relationship to food and can lead to unhealthy behaviours that could harm you in the long run.
Listen, food doesn't need to define you - its your choice.
Do yourself a favour and make peace with food, you'll be glad that you did.
