Before the idea for "ask Cj a question" on the Cj sends word podcast, I used to just get guests on the podcast that I thought you'd find interesting on a monthly basis. I'd still get a tonne of questions from the audience about fitness, nutrition, lifestyle on facebook, twitter, on through emails.
It's clear that there are still things youd like to know, and the great thing is, when you ask someone else may be having the same problem or curious about it too. So, I decided to dedicate an entire show to answering your questions instead!
Each show is in a bite-sized 5-13 minute format, and it’s an awesome, more organized way to deliver even more value to you and the entire Wild Physique Unleashed audience. Plus, you can rely on having something new in your ears every single week and the bite-sized format makes it easy to catch up if you fall behind.
