You don’t need to want to lose weight to use my services, my online coaching has successfully helped both women and men to put on lean body mass in a healthy and sustainable way too. You don’t need to be a member of a gym to get the most out of Online Training with me. Exclusive access to your membership zone, means you will receive video tutorials, structured workout plans, regular coaching and nutrition education material that will make sure that you stay ahead of the curve.
But what you do need to understand is that you are going to have to put in work. There are no quick fix solutions, no magic pills. This is a partnership. I don't do miracles, but together perhaps we can create a minor revelation! If you are willing to put in your best effort (whatever level you are at), then you and I will be a good fit
So who am I not a good fit for? (this is equally important as I wouldn't want you to waste your money, or my time).
If you are someone who expects maximum results with little, to no effort, cannot take an honest inventory of yourself, think you can hack everything in life. Want quick fixes rather than sustainable change, refuses to own their power, then I can promise you that we will not be a good fit - so no need for you to fill out the contact form.

Due to the nature of how I work, I only take on 12 online personal training clients at a time. This is so that they get the best possible service from me. Once you have done this and selected which package you would like to go for, fill out your details and book in a complimentary call with me. There is a refundable deposit for this call.
In your complimentary coaching call we will discuss what you want, your needs, goals, and how specifically you think I can help you change your life for the better. If we decide that we are a good fit, then we will set a start date for your coaching experience to begin, based on our mutual availability. Sound good?
